Terms and conditions for using Logged

The Service

Logged provides time tracking and project management software for teams. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify features with reasonable notice.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. Each user must have their own account; sharing credentials is not permitted.

Payment & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed per user per month or per year. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT where applicable. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the service. We retain all rights to the software, design, and branding. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, you may terminate your account.
