Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
How to set up and use two-factor authentication for extra account security.
What Is 2FA
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. After entering your password, you must also enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone.
Setting Up 2FA
Go to Settings and look for the Security section. Follow the setup prompts to scan a QR code with your authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password). Enter the verification code to confirm setup.
Signing In with 2FA
When signing in, after entering your email and password, you will be prompted to enter your 6-digit code. Open your authenticator app and enter the current code.
Lost Access to Authenticator
If you lose access to your authenticator app, contact your team administrator or our support team at support@logged.nl for help recovering your account.
