Projects Not Showing in Dropdown
What to do if you cannot see a project when creating a time entry.
Common Causes
- Project is archived: Archived projects do not appear in the time entry dropdown. Ask an admin to reactivate the project if you need to log hours against it.
- Project dates: If the project has a start date in the future or an end date in the past, it may not appear for the date you are trying to log hours on.
- No projects exist: If your team has not yet created any projects, the dropdown will be empty. Ask an admin to create a project first.
Solutions
Check with your team administrator to ensure the project exists, is active, and covers the date range you need. Admins can view all projects including archived ones from the Projects page.
