Login Problems

Troubleshoot common login issues including forgotten passwords, session problems, and two-factor authentication in Logged.

Forgot Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your Logged account and you will receive a password reset email. Follow the link in the email to set a new password. The reset link expires after 24 hours, so be sure to use it promptly.

Session Expired or Logged Out Unexpectedly

Logged sessions may expire after a period of inactivity for security reasons. If you are repeatedly logged out, try clearing your browser cookies and cache, then log in again. Ensure your browser allows cookies from the Logged domain. If you are using a VPN or corporate network, check that it is not interfering with your session.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If you have enabled two-factor authentication and cannot access your authenticator app, contact your team admin. Admins can assist with account recovery. Make sure your authenticator app's time is synchronized correctly, as time drift can cause codes to be rejected. If you have lost access to your authenticator device, you may need to use backup codes if you saved them during 2FA setup.

Account Locked or Access Denied

After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security. Wait a few minutes before trying again. If you continue to experience issues, check with your team admin to verify your account status. If your team's subscription has expired, access may be restricted until the subscription is renewed on the Billing page.
