Inviting Team Members

How to invite colleagues to join your team and start logging hours.

Send Invitations

Navigate to the Team page from the sidebar. Click the "Invite" button to open the invitation dialog.

Enter Email Addresses

Enter the email address of the person you want to invite. You can add multiple emails at once using the "Add another email" button. Each person will receive a separate invitation email.

Set Tracking Dates

Optionally set a tracking start date for the new member. This determines from which date they can log hours. You can also set an end date if the team member has a defined contract period.

Billing Impact

The dialog shows the billing impact of your invitation. If you have open seats from previous removals, new members will use those seats at no extra cost. Otherwise, new seats are added to your next invoice.

What Happens Next

The invited person receives an email with a link to create their account. Once they accept, they appear in your team list and can immediately start logging hours to any active project.
