Generating AI-Powered Reports
How to generate, review, and approve monthly project reports using AI.
Navigate to Reports
Click "Reports" in the sidebar. Select a project and month to view the report for that period.
Add Admin Context
Before generating, you can add admin notes with context like milestones, decisions, or focus areas. The AI incorporates this context into the generated report.
Generate the Report
Click "Generate" to create the report. The AI analyzes all logged time entries and descriptions for the selected month and project, producing content across four sections: research activities, detected issues, achieved results, and status with projected progress.
Review and Edit
The generated report is a draft. Review each section and make any edits needed. You can refine wording, add detail, or remove sections that are not relevant.
Approve the Report
Once satisfied, click "Approve" to finalize the report. Approved reports are marked as completed and can be exported as PDF.
Export as PDF
Click "Download PDF" to export the report in a clean, professional format ready for sharing with auditors, clients, or stakeholders.
Missing Timesheet Warnings
If team members have not submitted their hours for the reporting month, a warning appears before generation. You can choose to generate anyway or wait for complete data.
