Billing & Subscription

Understand Logged pricing plans, how to upgrade, and how to manage your subscription and payment methods.

Available Plans

Logged offers a simple pricing structure: Monthly at €5 per user per month, or Yearly at €48 per user per year (equivalent to €4/month, saving 20%). All new teams start with a 40-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial period.

Upgrading Your Plan

When your trial ends or you decide to upgrade, go to the Billing page in your dashboard. Select either the monthly or yearly plan, and you will be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout to complete payment. Your subscription activates immediately after successful payment.

Managing Payment Methods

You can update your payment method at any time from the Billing page. Click on "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe customer portal where you can update your credit card, view invoices, and download receipts. All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

Switching Plans and Cancellation

You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time. When switching to yearly, you will be charged the prorated difference. To cancel your subscription, visit the Billing page and click "Manage Subscription". Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
